Uptime is an Industrial AI Lab building autonomous maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) for the industrial economy. Autonomous MRO is a system in which equipment failures are predicted, parts are proactively ordered, and service is automated.

We reach autonomous MRO through three tightly-integrated components: 1) a reimagined parts distribution business, 2) an integrated industrial services layer, and 3) a predictive-maintenance system that closes the loop between predicting failures and physically responding to them.
